Through diligent research and baseline studies across the country we identify the most impoverished communities with a focus on the youth who are the future of our country as well as the rural community because they are more often susceptible to the scourge of poverty. After successfully identifying our communities, we engage them to get a holistic appreciation of their challenges so that our intervention will be effective at addressing the core problem. The implementation process of the agreed-on intervention is done by a well experience and handpicked team to ensure it is done effectually.
BGF firmly believes in the power of participation as the success of any project is determined by full cooperation of all stakeholders hence throughout the whole process there is constant consultation and cooperation from both partners, relevant line ministries and beneficiaries. As BGF we also believe in accountability and sustainable change hence we ensure that all interventions implemented are done in such a way that the community is left empowered and, in a position, to continue living a better life even after our project intervention has ended.
