DRR & Social Protection

The DRR & Social Thematic Area aims to reduce the impact of disasters by aligning with national strategies. It focuses on prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery. Initiatives include infrastructure strengthening, risk assessments, emergency plans, and community capacity building.

BGF provides aid during disasters, supports social protection programs, and collaborates with Adventist Church structures for volunteer mobilization. Additionally, it offers psychosocial support and community rehabilitation to enhance resilience post-disaster.
